Our job is to get our client's name, product or issue covered in the press. We do that through issuing press releases to our exclusive media contact list of all reporters and editors who are inclined to cover food or agriculture. We have a proprietary system to distribute releases. Our system gets results. Our releases reach an average of 7-10 million people per month. In fact, we utilize a print and video clipping service to track and prove our results to you.
We also directly pitch stories to those same editors and reporters, coming up with useful angles or "hooks" that can make your issue or product appealing as a story to media.
Our other effective approach to public relations is to regularly book our principals on statewide TV and radio programs. Successful appearance bookings include FOX 5 New York, WNBC Ch. 4 New York, WABC, Ch. 7 New York, Univision, Telemundo, KTBW Ch. 7 Buffalo, the Food Network, WNYT Ch. 13 Albany, WSYR Ch. 9 Syracuse, RNews Rochester and others. In the past year, we have also successfully booked more than 50 radio appearances throughout the state, on stations in every market in New York, big and small.
We also work closely with food editors around the nation. If you have a food product to promote, please consider us. Our database includes the food editors of the top 400 newspapers around the nation as well as the top food editor at the Associated Press.
We also have a state-of-the-art in-house studio located within our offices here in Greenwich. In this soundproof booth, which includes a Neumann U-87 Microphone hooked up to a PowerMac computer, and Pro-Tools editing software, we can create commercials to full-fledge radio programs. Every week, we produce in-house radio "reports" which are sent out to more than 50 radio radio stations around New York. In these reports, we regularly interview industry and state leaders. These 3-minute vignettes are an extremely effective public relations tool to promote issues important to our clients.
Newspapers. We also produce newspapers on behalf of our clients. These aren't rinky-dink newsletters made on the back-room copy machine. These are real newspapers, with real reporting and editing, designed and paginated by professional journalists. Ask us for a sample and see if your company or organization could benefit by having a real newspaper produced under your banner.
If your company or organization is in need of public relations services, media outreach, newspaper production or simply would like to make a few TV appearances on a certain issue, please give us a call.
