A dairy farm in upstate New York plans to dump milk on July 4 to protest low milk prices.
“We just need to make the farmers realize it is our government and our co-ops that have put us against each other,” Robin Fitch told WKTV in Utica, N.Y. “It is not farmer to farmer.
